Food and Service were very good. Atmosphere not so much. Very confusing layout and looks like they opened restaurant without really having Palermo's put their own spin on the layout. Bathroom definitely needs an upgrade as well. Now for the food. Appetizers were delicious. Cheesesticks had a beer batter taste and definitely filling. Sausage Fried Ravioli was the GOAT of the Appetizers. We ordered extra sauce on pizzas so dont be hating on the non burnt pizzas. Lol. Palermos sauce is on the sweeter side too. Deep Dish is not up to Giordano's or Beggars but their "thin crust" is definitely in my top top 10. I'd call it more of a "double-dough" for the Chicago pizza people that know. Service was very good for only having one manager and one waitress. Have to come back for sandwiches and more apps next visit. 7/10

Very friendly staff. The food was good. I ordered a stuffed pizza and it was stuffed. Tons of cheese and bread and meat with a very sweet sauce. The thickness of the pizza balanced the sweetness of the sauce well. At the time I went they were out of unsweetened ice tea which would have gone a long way to balancing the flavor of the pizza. The restaurant was out of their homemade mozzarella sticks too which I was disappointed about. Despite these issues the staff was super helpful. If you come to try the deep dish stuffed be prepared for a 40 minute cook time.
This place is amazing!!!! I have no words to describe how great the food is. The chef really likes his sauce. The ambiance is so cozy and comfortable. I've been telling people about it left and right. Can't wait to go back.
We just moved to Hobart Indiana and we always went to Palermo's so we went and tried there period and it was amazing. And very clean the service was great the waitress was awesome. And the food was amazing. I will be back. This was just for starter I had the fried cauliflower oh my God it was so good and my husband had the bread of mushrooms. And then we had our dinner which we could not finish.
We ordered a medium sausage, pepperoni and onion thick crust pizza and 2 small salads. The salads were waterlogged and not good. I only ate a little lettuce and croutons. It made me sick later. Pizza was delicious but slip their salads. Spend a little bit more for an appetizer. It was my first time eating here.
I was celebrating my dad's first heavenly birthday (the Palermo's on 63rd) was his favorite. I mentioned it and they gave me a larger pizza and tons of wings! The food was delicious and their kindness will forever me remember!
